javascript - Slimscroll not working -


i new slimscroll. working on angular page slimscroll works fine when click on link , go other page scroll stops working main page when refresh page works fine. there thing missing making scrolling disable? thing enabling scroll on page refresh?

if scroll inside div , click on url inside on new page scrolling stops.
