c# 4.0 - Integrating Cortana with Different languages -


i creating app in have integrated cortana. in english version , working fine. add 1 more language(er.french or italian) know have add 1 more commandset xml:lang tag. how can test it? needs change phone language also? or current english language work different language? please help

changing language of phone option, can add additional language "packs" phone. go settings -> speech , open speech languages list. you'll see supported languages on windows phone, along download size, indicates not yet installed. select language download , wait. installing new language pack considered system update, means it'll have reboot phone , perform long data migration process. phone unusable 20-30 minutes or more. repeat more languages.

once language installed, can use cortana vcd, text-to-speech , speech recognition in apps in language.

you can use windows phone emulator since images come pre-loaded languages default. great way test possible languages international deployment (provided familiar said languages).
