metadata - Store .sav file into RDBMS inculding meta data -


i want know best approach store data .sav file rdbms database out loosing meta data model actual response data.please suggest me idea.

note first can save metadata in sav file have deleted data , reapply metadata new, similar sav file using apply dictionary.

otherwise, need create tables in database various attributes. that's easy variable labels, formats, measurement level, , missing value codes. value labels take bit more work.

one possible approach use oms capture output codebook (without statistics) data files , export files database.
