asterisk - The voip service which don't care about ACD/ASR? -


i need know voip termination service(a-z international termination) doesn't care acd / asr .

acd (average call duration) means average duration of calls routed bya voip provider. quality parameter given voip providers..

asr (answer-seizure ratio)

the ratio of connected calls attempted calls (also called 'call completion rate'). asrs vary routes. typical asr pakistan lower of france. reasons include quality of network , fact it's less call pakistan encounter device such answering machine.

for example : dialer ( aterisk/ freeswitch ) may call minimum of 50 calls per seconds . majority of them can missed call.

many carriers have 2 routes: conversational , dialer.

the dialer routes intended higher cps/cpm , tolerant of lower acd/asr. check individual carrier see allow.
