css - Text-overflow: ellipsis is spacing weirdly on IE10 -

i'm using text-overflow: ellipsis in ie10, , it's displaying ellipses strangely, spaced widely. thought might font issue changed font arial, it's still happening.

if type ellipsis, it's displayed normally. not sure what's causing this.
