user interface - How to connect my program to a certain website in JAVA -

i'm student right , want learn how connect fresh program our school's website.

though i'm still developing program, able continue progress of program know how connect said website.

and want connect user , pass text field site

essentially asking how capture information website no formal api. there several methods of capturing information of them implement concept of reverse proxy. these website scraping utilities meant capture information site has no formal api.

however, want cognizant of tos (terms of service) , legal ramifications of implementing method absence of formal api means information contained within site meant stay there. also, if format of page changes left modifying implementation of website scraping utility capture information again.

you may better off contacting website admin or company , inquiring api can used.
