IF statement with multiple worksheets in Excel -


i have worksheet called start @ beginning , worksheet called end @ end of sheets.

on sheet in middle, want cell add of i7 values start end , if greater 0 display 0. if not, want display sum of of i7 values.

when use formula:

=if(start!i7:end!i7>0, 0, start!i7:end!i7)

i error #value!

this formula works if =if(start!i7-end!i7>0, 0, start!i7-end!i7) subtraction. 

=if(start!i7+end!i7>0, 0, start!i7+end!i7)

or asking sum pages between , including start , end? you're subtraction equation references 2 pages...
