php - Can i make a pre-approval key for only one time use in PayPal? -


i making system in first user grants pre approval permission. admin use pre approval key , make chain payment , deducts commission. know starting date , ending date pre-approval key. want make use of pre-approval key once. admin can use key one-time if transaction completes after key should expired. how can that. suggestion appreciated. thanks.
