python - django allauth social accounts not showing in template -
i'm on django 1.8 , django auth, latest.
i've installed django-allauth following official docs. have migrated database.
in account/login.html template file, there's part says
{% if socialaccount.providers %} <p>{% blocktrans site.name site_name %}please sign in 1 of existing third party accounts. or, <a href="{{ signup_url }}">sign up</a> {{site_name}} account , sign in below:{% endblocktrans %}</p> <div class="socialaccount_ballot"> <ul class="socialaccount_providers"> {% include "socialaccount/snippets/provider_list.html" process="login" %} </ul> <div class="login-or">{% trans 'or' %}</div> </div> {% include "socialaccount/snippets/login_extra.html" %} {% else %} ....
although have added social app, doesn't seem see , logic test fails in template, thus, social account part not showing.
i explicitly added
<a href="{% provider_login_url "google" process="connect" %}">connect twitter account</a>
and recognize google app i've added social app. control, deleted social app, , explicit provider login url added resulted in doesnotexist exception
have not done right, or django-allauth isn't compatible 1.8 django yet?
