Prestashop : Invalid security key (AND, can I delete _RIJNDAEL_KEY_ ?) -


i'm migrating 2008 old prestashop install (which has been upgraded 1.6) towards new clean prestashop install on new server.

the possibilities of import/export didn't seem work well, didn't know how transfer users , crypted passwords (missing in export file). decided use same database used in original website absolutely preserve perfectly.

from there, 2 questions (i'm open recommandations of course) :

  • i replaced cookie_key former key in configuration file, passwords keep working. when that, , try go new page in back-office, have error message saying "invalid security key" how can fix ?

  • my second point potentially linked : config file of former website didn't contain _rijndael_key_ , _rijndael_iv_ key though had been upgraded prestashop 1.6. totally deleted these 2 lines config file of new clean install, , don't have "invalid security key" error message aforementioned anymore. how can fix in cleaner way ? problem not have _rijndael_key_ , _rijndael_iv_ in config file, can without them ? (everything seems work)
